01

Scope

This policy explains how Technocracy LLC collects, uses, preserves, and protects information submitted through pantheongolem.com. It applies to the public website and its request-access forms. It does not govern separate Pantheon deployments, customer environments, or third-party services.

02

Information we collect

When you submit a request, we collect the information you provide, including your name, organization, institutional role, email address, objective, request type, message, referral information, and preferred response method. If you request a phone or video response, we also collect only the scheduling information needed for that channel, such as a telephone number, time zone, availability, and video-platform preference. The site records privacy-preserving security metadata such as a one-way hash of the originating IP address and user-agent string, request time, and limited referral-host information.

03

How we use information

We use submitted information to preserve the inquiry, prevent abuse, evaluate alignment and feasibility, contact you, provide requested information, maintain operational records, and protect the integrity of the intake channel. We do not sell personal information.

04

Storage and retention

Form submissions are stored in a controlled database and may also appear in operational email notifications. We retain inquiries for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate, respond to, document, and protect the associated engagement, unless a longer period is required by law or legitimate business need.

05

Security

We use encrypted transport, server-side validation, CSRF protection, rate limiting, access controls, and restricted storage. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we design the intake channel to minimize unnecessary exposure.

06

Sharing

Information may be accessed by personnel and service providers who need it to operate the website, deliver email, protect infrastructure, or evaluate the request. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights, safety, systems, or users.

07

Cookies and sessions

The site uses a first-party session cookie to protect forms and preserve security state. It does not require advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral tracking.

08

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with an inquiry, subject to identity verification and applicable retention obligations. Contact privacy@pantheongolem.com.

09

Security disclosures

Potential security concerns may be reported to security@pantheongolem.com.

10

Changes

We may revise this policy as the site and its operational requirements evolve. The effective date above identifies the current version.
